If you are getting annoyed, angry and frustrated that your email inbox is full of emails saying that some one has replied to your topic and want to turn it off, then just do the following.

1. go to profile.
2. click on prefences.
3. Where it says "notify me of new relpies on topics... etc" Just click no.
4. Have a nice day.
