			<description>Just watching the news, can't belive that New Orleans has evacuated just under 2 million people, Which I think is incredible. Dubbed &quot;The mother of all storms&quot;, its said to be bigger and stronger than Katrina, yet The levees in the city still hasnt broken, but scientists are expecting  a 14 foot tidal surge (wave) could engulf the city.
